An executive home built in 2016 on 2 private acres with the best of amenities. Our home is right in the heart of the White Mountains with access to everything within a few miles. We have accommodations for 8 adults and 1 crib. Will consider additional toddlers and children if parents can bring appropriate sleeping quarters and linens for them (PacknPlays, airbeds, etc). We do have basic equipment necessary for infants and toddlers such as a highchair, bubba seat, infant swing, electric cradle, plates, and cups. The home is not child-proofed on a regular basis, but we do have 3 child gates and the supplies available for cupboard locks and electric socket protectors available for your use.
As you walk in the door you exhale involuntarily of relaxation. An inviting great room with a wood burning fireplace for cold nights. Open concept central living to accommodate all of your friends for gatherings. Formal Dining seats 8, breakfast area (seats 8) and kitchen bar (seats 6). Your chef's kitchen features the best of appliances including Capitol Connoisseur commercial gas stove with 6 burners and double griddle and ovens. Vita-mix blender, kitchen aide with all attachments, commercial mandolin, premium rice maker, multi cooker, premium outdoor grill and probably every spice you can think of. Just bring groceries and your beverages of choice. Exercise room with top of the line elliptical, bow flex and TV. Master suite with top of the line King size Sleep Number bed, whirlpool bath tub, large shower and closet. Guest suite #1 with king bed, private bath and private porch for morning coffee. Guest suite # 2 with king bed, large room with crib and private bath. Additional queen bed in loft. Loft includes large office area, craft area, toys area, along with TV for kids entertainment or yoga. Enjoy fast internet (very important on the mountain) for those that need to bring their work with them. The upstairs office overlooks the forest, however, internet is easily accessible from any outdoor area. I tend to like the back porch. We literally have amazing views from every large window in our home.
