Our latest build is almost ready! We put our whole hearts into this one.
This house took months and months of planning and engineering. An engineer even told us he didn't think it was possible. It took a giant crane to help get the house in this super private location. It took Nick and Josh climbing a steep hill 357 times a day carrying materials to and from the truck. Literal blood, sweat, and tears went into this one.
And it's almost ready!!!
We're throwing an Open House on July 15 from 4-9pm and we'd love for you to drop in and join us. All of our units will be open for viewing that day! We think it will be a grand ole time. We're still finalizing details, so comment below or send us a message and we'll get you the RSVP link as soon as it's ready.
We're also looking for a few volunteers! 🎥📸 Our goal for the day is to capture lots of footage we can use across all kinds of things down the road! But as you can imagine, we're a little under-budgeted and under-staffed to make all the magic happen that we have planned. So if you love photography, videography, or just creating content and want to be part of something that might be big someday, let us know. We don't have much to offer (did we mention the cost of the engineering and crane??), but you will get our eternal gratitude.

June in Brevard is when everything finally lines up. Here's what you actually get if you come now.

âś…Blue ghost fireflies, last call. Their window closes in June. You only get this for a couple more weeks.
âś…Water at its best!! Waterfalls running full, rivers warm enough to float, fly fishing in its sweet spot.
âś…Trails in prime form. Long daylight gives you plenty of time to ride as far as you want.
âś…Horseback rides and camp nights. Cool forest, slow pace, no rush. The kind of day that resets you.
âś…The hot tub at the end of it all. After a full day outside, this is the part you'll tell people about.

Fall gets all the credit. But we sure do love June! ♥️

I grew up spending time at my grandparents mountain house in Cedar Mountain (Caroline here). They had a tiny little cabin with a giant screened porch. It was where some of my best childhood memories were made.

That’s the house that inspired this one. A house with an oversized porch where you can spend your afternoons napping and listening to the creek.

Soon it will be yours to settle into.
