Sasquatch Lodge

10/19/2026

Our family has decided to pursue adventure outside of Colorado and we are offering our log cabin in the town of Pitkin for sale. This was NOT an easy decision but we are excited for a new family to enjoy all that this home, charming town and Rocky Mountains has to offer.

We are having an Open House October 31 and November 1, 1-3pm each day.

Mans best friend watching me finish the landscaping. His territorial presence is the reason we can't allow your pets to stay at the Sasquatch Lodge .

Old dormer vs new. It looks less murdery.

Metal! ❤️

You may have seen we were offering free barn wood from a dilapidated 2 seat outhouse we sadly had to disassemble.

Here is what one Pitkin resident made, a sliding barn door for his cabin! It looks great.

Today we uncovered the concrete form and plywood from the hand dug well. We are having a grate manufactured to cover it. Another awesome feature to this property.

Garage front and back are ready for metal. Tomorrow they will remove the slider and install a new window in the dormer. Triangle windows will also be removed and enclosed for siding.
