*TRAILS UPDATE* Work on Redline has completed, but the trail remains closed as the new work needs to dry out and set up. Perry Brook Trail is now closed for its repairs- we will update when they reopen.

*MOST* Trails are back open, but ALL TRAILS HAVE DAMAGE! Go slow, expect washouts at any point! STAY OFF OF CLOSED TRAILS! Check out the map below- the closed trails are in white and have been marked and blocked off. The rail bed in Stewartstown is CLOSED! Access to Colebrook is via Snack shack trail or corridor A only!

Ok Folks, here is the UPDATE everyone has been asking for- read it all please! PENDING THE FORECASTED RAIN ON FRIDAY- we plan to open the trails and roads on Friday. TRAILS AND ROADS ARE STILL CLOSED AT THIS TIME!

What you need to know:
1.) Corridor C south to Colebrook STOPS at Rancourt Energy in W. Stewartstown. IT IS A DEAD END DUE TO THE RAILBED WASHOUT- NO access to Colebrook via Corridor C!

2.) Indian Stream Rd north from Moose Pond Rd all the way to the end of ATV use is CLOSED.

3.) Snack Shack Trail and Corridor A (Deadwater Loop) have minor washouts, but are passable. Connect to Metallak, Colebrook, Millsfield, etc via Snack Shack or Corridor A. There is no access to Errol village at this time (13 Mile Woods Trail closed)!

4.) MANY Trails in our system are closed- OBEY CLOSURES AND DO NOT GO ON CLOSED TRAILS! (See map picture)

5.) ALL TRAILS HAVE MINOR WASHOUTS AND REDUCE YOUR SPEED. If you aren’t comfortable crossing through an area, TURN AROUND! Use your head and BE SAFE!

6.) STAY OUT OF WASHED OUT AREAS, DRAINAGE DITCHES, AND MUD- it is very saturated, very unstable and may give way or swallow your wheeler!

A huge shoutout to Metallak ATV Club, Umbagog ATV Club, and the NH Bureau of Trails for an amazing collaboration getting things under control and assessed. Please comment any questions and we will be glad to help!

ATTENTION ALL RIDERS: DUE TO MASSIVE OVERNIGHT FLOODING OUR ENTIRE TRAIL SYSTEM IS CLOSED. MAJOR TRAILS ARE WASHED OUT AND WE NEED TO ASSESS THE DAMAGE.

AGAIN TRAILS AND TOWN ROADS ARE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, WE WILL UPDATE WHEN THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN ASSESSED.

Good evening to all current and future guests.
In the recent I have been contacted by some guests stating the we do not have Trail access out of the motel (NTLA). WE DO HAVE TRAIL ACCESS.
After a 2 year battle in a lawsuit by a resident off Balanchard road named several of us land/business owners in a suite to not use the roads in the Tarns. After a 2 year battle and 55% of land owners vote to change the covenants to allow OHRV/Snowmobile right of passage. The documents were signed and recorded in the Coos Registry of deeds May 28 2022 at 11:57am. In addition Northern Trails Lodging and Adventures has DEEDED rights through the spruce cone cabins/campground to the tarns.

With all due respect if any current or future guests is told differently please let us know.
Greg and I as well as the Spruce Cabins fought long and hard to reserve the rights of guests to enjoy their stay without issue.
All guests are obviously expected to respect all landowner and road access. The speed limits are to be expected while traveling through these residential locations of 10 mph
