A safe, harmless father is not a good father. He is just a weak one.

Society tells us that "good men" are soft, agreeable, and passive. They tell us to bury our aggression and be "nice." That is a lie.

A sheep isn't 'peaceful' because it doesn't bite. It's peaceful because it has no teeth. It is simply food waiting for a wolf. A father cannot afford to be prey.

Look at this photo. We are smiling. My children are happy. They are relaxed. Why? Because they know that the man holding them is capable of being a monster…but chooses to be a protector.

There is a difference between being "peaceful" and being "harmless." If you are harmless, you are not peaceful. You are helpless.

But if you are dangerous, if you are capable of violence, and you keep it under voluntary control... Then, and only then, are you actually peaceful.

Your children don't need a nice dad. They need a warrior in the garden.
Train your body. Learn to fight. Become dangerous. So they never have to be afraid.

I want you to look at how your kids stand when they think no one's watching.

You'll catch it in small things. The way your son crosses his arms. The way your daughter squares up when she's nervous. They're not copying a cartoon. They're copying you.

Here's the part that should keep you up at night: they don't mirror what you say. They mirror what you are.

Your kids are the most honest mirror you'll ever stand in front of. If you're soft, they learn soft. If you make the excuse, they file it away for the day it's their turn. And if you flex, if you actually live the standard , they flex too.
