Hey y'all!!
Over the last 6 years, we have worked hard to change the reputation this place used to have, and I believe we have achieved just that.
Police presence is nearly non-existent, Rooms stay clean, property stays well kept, and the extended stay guests have many rules to follow in order to stay here.

With that being said I am working on a "self help" area in our lobby. Currently I try to help every guest to the best of my ability, but I do not have all the info they may need and I am not always available the moment they need somebody. Most guests ask me if there is anything they can do simply because they are bored.

💗 I would like to have a board with the following information:

volunteer opportunities
Job openings
side work availability
Church services
Crafting groups
Agriculture groups
Any other groups that meet often
crisis lines
"Friend services (like hotlines people can call when they just need somebody to talk to)
AA and NA meeting schedules that are local to the island. (Currently, I only have info for the onala club on west carson st)
Shelters
Food banks
Free near by entertainment and things to do.

(Open to more suggestions of things to have posted. I believe that idle hands and loneliness can lead to poor choices, so the more things to do the better)
