The Greater Pittsburgh Hotel Association invites you to help us recognize the outstanding individuals and organizations that make Pittsburgh’s hospitality industry so strong.

Each year, these awards celebrate the people who go above and beyond through exceptional service, leadership, and community impact.

Spring is in the air — and that means it’s almost time for the GPHA Spring Fling! 🌸

The Greater Pittsburgh Hotel Association invites you to join us for our Spring Fling and Hospitality Stars of Excellence Awards, a special afternoon celebrating the people and organizations who make Pittsburgh’s hospitality industry so incredible.

📅 Monday, May 18, 2026
📍 Embassy Suites Downtown Pittsburgh

Schedule:
3:00 PM – Public Board Meeting
3:30 PM – Hospitality Stars of Excellence Awards & Spring Fling Reception

We are also seeking event sponsors and auction item donations, such as gift baskets, dining experiences, sports tickets, gift certificates, and other unique local experiences. Proceeds help support GPHA scholarship programs throughout the year.

Important Message for Hotel Association Members:

We are looking forward to a fantastic NFL Pregame Draft Party and hope you will be part of it.

Please kindly submit your final registration numbers no later than Monday at 12:00 PM. If possible, it would be greatly appreciated if you could send them by the end of this week to assist us with planning.

We have invited several city officials to attend, and we are hoping for a strong turnout so we can proudly showcase our association and demonstrate how honored we are to represent the hospitality industry in the City of Pittsburgh. A great crowd will help us highlight the strength and unity of our community.

Thank you in advance for your prompt response and continued support. We can’t wait to celebrate together.
