Boggs Mansion Historic Bed & Breakfast in Pittsburgh’s storied Mexican War Streets Through these doors you will step into the Victorian era in the 19th century. Mr.

Built in the Romanesque style, this beautiful Inn was built as a private residence for Russell Boggs and his wife Marie Christina Boggs (born Buhl). Boggs was part owner of a department store called Boggs & Buhl with his brother-in-law, Henry Buhl. In this home you would often find some of Pittsburgh Elite (Carnegie, Frick, Mellon, Heinz), gathered for a dinner party.
