New ownership and renovation in 2020 - purchased from original family who built and owned it since 1974.
5 minute walk to the beach and your boat docked out front in the canal on the bay. Our dream vacation home we are now welcoming a few visitors each year to enjoy this spectacular spot.

*No contact arrival; we do not book guests back to back or even have guests all too often; AC filters changed frequently. Located on the "North Canal" of the south end of Little Gasparilla Island, Florida.
