Our island and beach paradise is officially on the market. As much the house has been through after the 3 hurricanes, we have enjoyed the last 5 years and the neighbors on the south canal have been wonderful.

There really is no place like this but with our changing schedules and life, it is now time for someone else to create the memories of a lifetime.

Thank you to all our friends and guests that have been able to share Island Breeze with us we hope your memories and photo reminders will have a special place in your heart.

This 1060 square feet Single Family home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located at 9752 Little Gasparilla Is, Placida, FL.

It’s been a tough couple years, the renovations from Ian 3 years ago remained unscathed, but after the 3 hurricanes last year, we lost the downstairs suite and the stairs. We are resilient and have rebuilt the necessities and are now ready for rentals.

Island Breeze is on the South canal house with 60 feet of private dock which can fit multiple boats or water toys, still a 3 min walk to beach, 5 kayaks, and has sleeping upstairs for 9.

7 night rentals available starting…
Sat Feb 1, 8, 15, 22 ($300 a night)
Mar 15, 29 ($400 a night)
$350 cleaning plus tax
