Listen up folks!! This is going to be a tough post, 1st, unfortunately we lost one of the most important women in our committee. Amy B. Garrett Teper was in charge of the vendor contact, set up, and often helped with the parking and anything else she could possibly do! She will be deeply missed by many,many people. She battled a long time with cancer and lost. 2nd, we know she’s not going to be happy about this and neither are we. Unfortunately do to a few unfortunate circumstances Plainfield Bike Night 2025 will not happen. NO NEGATIVE POST PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!!
Over the 3 years we did hold that fundraiser, we raised over $30,000 to help our parks and recreation. We can’t Thank everyone enough that helped us every year! All our sponsors, vendors, volunteers. Also a huge Thank you to The Town of Plainfield, The plainfield Police, Plainfield Fire Department, Central Village Fire Department, all the Ambulances and the Crews. And all the biker community that always help when they can! I’m typing this with tears in my eyes and a broken heart. So for now, please keep the wind in your face, and always stay safe.

Ladies and Gentlemen and bikers of all ages, MARK YOUR CALENDARS!!!! We have the wheels turning for Thursday night July 10th 2025 Plainfield Bike Night from 5-9. Vendors, live music, bike show , “trophies for different classes”, and as always a great time.

Hello all, yes tonight is the anniversary of Plainfield Bike Night. It weighs heavy on us that we could not make it all happen this year. However let me clear the air. Now read it closely, I will make it as simple as possible so everyone hopefully can understand! We all have one chance to live, so when health issues happen, that takes priority over doing a fundraiser. So with that being said, it was our decision to postpone until next year. Like spokes in a wheel if some are loose, it’s not going to work well. Without a healthy committee we may not have had such a great success, as we always try to put together. The Town had nothing to do with the postponement, the Flex Gym owner had nothing to do with the postponement, the Police Department or Fire Department had nothing to do with it postponement. It was out of our hands. We do appreciate all the sponsors and a bunch of folks that wanted to step up and help, and there was a bunch. It’s just not that easy, I’m sure most of you understand what that means. No one is more disappointed than we are, trust us. So we will stay on track and make 2025 bigger and better. Stay healthy, keep the wind in your face, stay safe. All Aboard…..

Ladies and Gentlemen, and Bikers of all ages, this is a very difficult post! We unfortunately, do to uncontrollable circumstances will not be holding an event this year 2024!!! Some times Life just doesn’t always cooperate with us. However please don’t think we are done! We will be still working behind the scenes to hit the reset button. And as long as the Town of Plainfield, and the Towns people will allow us to continue to hold this Fundraising event in the heart of Downtown Plainfield, we will be bigger and better for 2025!! So in the meantime please support all the motorcycle events happening in Plainfield, The VFW is hosting an event. And the always great Reason to Ride event, and so many more.. so for now…. ride safe, keep the wind in your face. Thank you all……ALL ABOARD

Happy New Year!!!! Now it’s time to put all the new parts on your bike. Make all your resolutions “ yeah right “. Be sure to plan on Plainfield Bike Night. Spring is around the corner, weather will be getting warmer, so cherish the one you’re with, say goodbye to 2023. And hello 2024, let’s ride and ride some more!!!!!!! All Aboard!!!!!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL! The bikes are all dismantled and you’re waiting to open gifts, which are the parts from your list. When it’s back together and the hands and knuckles are bleeding from cuts, and you can’t make a fist. But now it’s all back together, and you just wait, and wait for good weather. Hope to see you all in July….ALL ABOARD……
