A beautiful moment from this past weekend with Word of God Christian Fellowship.

What a joy to see people take a public step of faith through baptism and to witness a church celebrating together.

We’re grateful Singing Hills could be the place where moments like this happened. Congratulations to everyone who was baptized!

For Pastor Ingrid, Singing Hills has become what she calls her “third home.”

Her church first came here about 15 years ago with around 25 women. Since then, they’ve returned again and again, sometimes with large groups, sometimes with just a few women who needed time away to seek God.

Over the years, she says Singing Hills has been a place where she has cried, prayed, faced some of her greatest battles, and received some of her greatest blessings.

Today, those retreats have grown from about 25 women to more than 100.

But for Pastora Ingrid, the reason for coming back hasn’t changed:

“I feel more connected to God.”

We’re grateful that Iglesia Cristo el Libertador has made Singing Hills part of their story for so many years.

A retreat doesn’t replace what happens on Sunday—it gives a church more unhurried time together for the things that can be hard to fit into a normal week.

Sometimes serving a retreat group means helping with the unexpected.

Just this past week, we were asked:

• Do you have a compressor to inflate tubes for the slip-and-slide?
• Could one of your staff members join our skit because he looks like our youth pastor?
• Do you have a cross we could use during our service?

We did not have a cross ready, so our team found some spare wood and made one.

Every retreat is different, and sometimes hospitality simply means finding a way to say yes.

What a joy it was to welcome UNAADEM this past weekend!

From team challenges and shared meals to moments of worship, prayer, laughter, and even a special gender reveal, this retreat was full of life.

We love when churches bring their own vision, their own leaders, and their own community — and we get to come alongside them so they can focus on their people.
