UPDATE 2: Power was restored at approximately 12:45 PM on Saturday, but with the potential for further outages between now and 10/12/2026 at 12:00 PM, dependent on weather.

UPDATE: Power was turned off at approximately 5:00 PM.

We’ve just been notified of a potential extended power outage beginning tomorrow at 5:15 PM and lasting until Monday at 12:00 PM.

If the outage takes place as expected, the Ranch will be without power for the entire weekend. This will affect all sites, internet access will be limited, and the General Store and Snack Bar may need to close for the duration of the outage.

This is still a developing situation, and we’ll share updates as soon as more information becomes available.

If you have a reservation for this weekend and would prefer to cancel due to the potential outage, please give the office a call.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this situation!

Thank you,
R-Wild Horse Ranch
