General Manager Opportunity
Bonanza Camping Resort – Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin
IVEE Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at Bonanza Camping Resort in beautiful Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven hospitality leader with experience in campground, RV resort, or outdoor hospitality management. We are looking for a hands-on professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading a high-performing team and maintaining operational excellence.
Desired Start Date: On or before September 1, 2026
Primary Responsibilities
* Oversee all daily operations of the resort
* Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff
* Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
* Manage labor, budgets, and operating expenses
* Maintain high standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and overall appearance of the property
* Oversee front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, retail, recreation, and food service operations as applicable
* Drive operational performance while meeting financial and guest satisfaction goals
* Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
Qualifications
* Previous General Manager or senior leadership experience in a campground, RV resort, hotel, or hospitality environment
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Experience with budgeting, staffing, and operational planning
* Proven ability to motivate teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays during peak season
