Position Requires:
Position involves working in multiple operational aspects of the motel with front desk being the main responsibility.
This is hands on, boots on the ground position. This requires actively helping in day to day activities in all departments.

Position Requires:
*. Good computer skills, Excellent oral and written communication skills
*. Check in / check out hotel guests, make reservations for walk in customers. attend phone calls.
*. Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, grounds and work areas meet sanitation and cleanliness standards.
*. Coordinate preventive maintenance and general cleaning program so that guest satisfaction goals are attained.
*. Experience in hotel / motel or similar industry desirable
*. Being available to the property any time of the day or night

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $36,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
Dependent on experience. Individual or couple, etc...

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:

Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Hospitality Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

$250 SIGN ON BONUS ( $100 after 30 days, $150 after 90 days)

Understand the company’s policy on work shifts, guest’s possessions and privacy issues
Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check out
Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service
Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to supervisor
Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift
Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift

Housekeeper Job Duties

Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
Cleaning and sanitising toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks
Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area
Making beds and changing linens
Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors
Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry
Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools
Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies
Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
Tidying up rooms
Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements
