We have this 1 BR, 1 Bath , Tiny house available for immediate sale in Plattsburgh NY, Pictures are included here.
We have been building Tiny Houses since 2010 and no 2 are close to the same. It is fully furnished in a modern rustic style. Many innovative Space saving items have been used as well as lighting that does not need 110 power if you want to be off grid but can use 110 power if you want.
Everything is included down to a heated water hose so you will not freeze up if you are on grid.
The trailer is a dual axel with a 2 15/16 ball.
This is a very special design with arched roof, Cathedral Window and many other custom features. This tiny house has been Crafted by an artisan Builder with over 50 rears of Construction experience and probably the only Tiny house builder who retired with a Florida Building Contractors License. I retired from building in 2002 and you can check this with the Florida Department of Professional Regulation,
License CBC 057172, I moved back to Plattsburgh, NY where no Builder Licenses ate Required.

The Asking price is $ 25,000 OBRO.
This will be my last Project as at 78 years old I believe it is time to hopefully be able to spend a few years of relaxing.

You might be interested that at 78 I still Downhill Ski and have had a season pass at Whiteface Mountain for many many years, My first year at whiteface was 1962 with my high school ski club and we paid a rate of $5 for a full day.

Gone without understanding, last breath heard and it's over ... I can't say this will be my last post for a while, but maybe the last of meaning .... (which assumes any have meaning) love you all! Certainly, in the most difficult moments of life you realize who are real friends or people who really appreciate you. Unfortunately, some friends will click on "I like" but in reality they don't take time to read your status if they see it's long. I decided to post this message to a very special person for me who fought to the end with firmness and energy. Who taught us to live every day as if it were the best day! Who filled the world with a beautiful smile and a sweet spirit. Now I look at those who will have time to read this post until the end (I think I'll guess the first 5). Cancer is very invasive and destructive to our bodies, even after the end of treatment, your body always fights with yourself trying to rebuild all damage caused by radiation. It's a very long process.
Please, in honor of a family member or friend who died, or still fights against cancer, or even had cancer but it is healed; copy and paste (not share) in your page .
So I'll know who read my status, please write "done" in the comment

I certainly know who my 2 best friends will be but here goes nothing. Because this means a lot to me personally. I'm going to make a bet, that out of my friends less than 4 will take the time to put this on their wall to help raise awareness of Mental Health (PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health diagnoses) difficulties.
