Tomatoes, peppers, squash, and herbs, OH MY! 🍅 By mid-summer, our enormous garden is in full harvest mode, with seasonal favorites making their way from garden to plate.

And when we need more than our own gardens can provide, we turn to local farms for fresh, seasonal ingredients. The result? Food that celebrates what’s growing right here in Kansas, whether it was picked steps from our kitchen or just down the road.

Our green team picks it. Local farmers grow it. We plate it. You taste the difference. That’s what farm-to-table means around here.
