The “Old School House”, built in 1897, is located in a private rural setting on a semi-wooded one-acre lot. sleeps 6-8. Two bedrooms; one queen bed, nightstand, large closet; 2nd bedroom full/ twin bunk bed. Kitchen includes sink, refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner stove top with oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, and cups. Kitchen table seats 8. Living room area includes two couches, one with a hideaway queen-size pullout bed, TV with DVD player. Washer and dry are available for your use, please bring your own laundry detergent. Outdoor space includes French door off the living room to a deck, a fire-pit, Amish swing, and a charcoal grill. (Bring your favorite charcoal)
We supply all towels, linens, pillows, and blankets.
There is a two-night minimum on the weekends and a three-night minimum for any major holiday.
Daily rate is $90.00, plus taxes & $50.00 cleaning fee
Weekly 7-night $500.00 , 5-night $400.00 plus taxes & $50.00 cleaning fee
