Carrie conducts amazing interactive tastings all over the Sacramento region and beyond! It was so good to see her and chat about what Adam is making for The Amadora! Hopefully we will see more of her in the future!

Truly old world processing. Foot treading whole clusters. Consider most w**eries destem their clusters, then for whites, they are pressed and the juice is fermented. Here, Adam is going to ferment a white w**e on the skins! Clusters, stems and all! We are really looking forward to seeing and tasting the result!
