The Position:
We are looking for a motivated, dependable and detailed-orientated individual with an eye for cleanliness. Ability to motivate and work as a team with staff to get rooms cleaned daily is a must. The Executive Housekeeping Manager is responsible for:
-Assign cleaning duties to housekeeping staff daily.
-Inspect vacant rooms daily to make sure they are clean, vacant, and ready for guests to check into them. Make sure that rooms meet hotel and brand guidelines.
-Ensure all stay over rooms are checked for either DND Status or inspect rooms cleaned by the housekeeping staff.
-Ensure all checked out rooms are cleaned daily and ready for next guest to check in.
-Ensure hallways, stairs, and other common areas are clean.
-Ensure laundry is being completed in an efficient manner.
-Ensure storage closets are clean.
-Complete monthly linen inventories.
-Complete supply orders.
-Complete tasks given by management.
-Report to work in approved uniform, including name tag.
-Hire and train new housekeeping staff.
-We are seeking candidates with 1+ years of previous housekeeping management/supervisory experience.

SALARY: Up to $38,000
