The Starfish Shack is a unique beach home located on Plymouth Long Beach in Plymouth MA. It was recently built by the Barefoot Cottage Company and completed in July of 2013. Complete with amazing water views of the Plymouth Harbor and the Cape Cod Bay from all windows of the home. The home has 3 bedrooms ( 2 Queens, 6 Bunks), an outdoor shower, kitchen, family room, 2 large decks on each side, a b

alcony deck overlooking the Cape Cod Bay and a private beach for guests only. and Internet. The Starfish Shack is completely run by Solar with a back up Generator. Guests can enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming, long walks on the beach, watching the amazing sunrise and colorful sunsets from both decks. It is great for a romantic getaway or a fun family vacation. A vacation you will remember for a long time.

You might need to start the Generator if you are using a lot of power and or the weather is rainy. Follow the steps in the video below. ***Important, remember to run the generator for 1 hour when the SOC (State of Charge) is below 40%.
When finished charging after an hour remember to FLIP THE BLACK SWITCH (circut switch) DOWN.

Our annual tradition of updating and adding amenities continues. This year, we've included four luggage racks, a new toaster, microwave, smart TV, front door handle, and four beach chairs. The crown jewel of our updates is the new solar system, which will make our guests' summer stays even more enjoyable. Happy Summer ☀️
