HOUSE - This private home has 2 bedrooms & sleeps families of 4-6. The master bedroom has a queen & twin, the 2nd bedroom has a twin & trundle (can convert to 1 or 2 twins or 1 queen bed). Our bedrooms have CLEAN pillows, mattress pads, bedspreads. Each bedroom has a closet, mirror & chest of drawers. The eat-in kitchen has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dinnerware, cutlery, pots & pans & lots more. The living room has a comfortable, leather furniture including a sleeper sofa with a full-sized bed. Also, there is a big screen TV with cable, free internet, DVD, books. Both the kitchen & living room boasts gorgeous views of the marina & stunning sunsets. The bathroom has both a tub & shower. Central air throughout + 4 adult beach passes provided as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, a beach cart that rolls over sand & a private shed. The LARGE, fenced-in backyard has a table, umbrellas, chairs, loungers, grill & shower. Parking for 2 cars on-site.
LOCATION - This home is in the PERFECT Location! Only 1 block to the Beach, Beach Entrance & Boardwalk. Our beach entrance is special as it has a food court for drinks, snacks & meals that you can eat at the tables provided or bring it onto the beach with you. In summer there is live music every day & night. There are also lots of restrooms, a gift shop & ice cream. There is a shower at the beach exit so you can rinse off before leaving.
There are 10-12 restaurants within 5-10 minutes` walk -- all are kid-friendly, ranging from fast food to fine dining. Also near marina with boat rentals, fishing charters, Mississippi Riverboat excursions, parasailing & water taxi.
Only a 10 minute walk to Jenkinson`s Pavillon & Amusement Park with lots of restaurants, food concessions, rides, games, slots, arcades (3 of them), fun house, mini golf (3 courses), batting cages, newly updated Aquarium & lots more ! Also, new Adventure Park with zip line, rope bridge, etc. In July & Aug, EVERY WEEK there are FREE EVENTS including kiddie shows, fireworks, beachcombing with marine specialists & family movies on the beach. Also, in July & August there are added FREE Weekly events such as Christmas in July, Hot Halloween, Live Animal Shows, etc. THESE EVENTS ARE FREE EVERY WEEK !!
In Summer there is a FREE shuttle that can take you to the beach, boardwalk, most restaurants, shops or stores in town!
