No Pets, No Partyers, No Underage groups! Sleeps families of 4-6. 4 beach passes & 2 parking spots included.
Summer 2026 Rental Availability & Pricing
(Only Weekly Rentals, Saturday to Saturday)
Jul 11-18 is $2600/wk
Aug 8-15 is $2600/wk
Aug 22-29 is $2600/wk
Aug 29-Sep 6 (2 weeks in a row) is $2600/wk
Sep 6 - 12 is $1700/wk
Rest of September & October is $1400/wk
For All rentals please add + $125 cleaning fee & $300 REFUNDABLE security deposit.
