Catering to Families & Retirees!
Our 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house is located in family-friendly Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. Only
1 1/2 blocks to beach & boardwalk. Near numerous restaurants & activities!
Parking for 2 cars, 4 adult beach passes. Sleeps up to 6.
No Pets! No Partyers! No Underage Groups!
We are located in a quiet, family area and are looking for guests who are like-minded.

2026 - Limited Availability & Pricing
Only Weekly Rentals, Saturday to Saturday, in Peak Summer

July 18 - 25 is $3100/wk

Sep 5 - 12 is $2100/wk (Labor Day Week)

The rest of September & October is $1400/wk.

All rentals require additional $150 cleaning fee & a security deposit.

We also have winter rental starting October/November.
