The swans are back in their ponds and the koi are sure happy!

The ponds were all cleaned and filtered and are looking great (thanks Water Features team) and the birds were all safe through the storm and ready to get back (thanks Wildlife team). Somedays it’s the little things that bring joy!

We have much to be thankful for today. This being the 34th anniversary of Hurricane Iniki, while four days ago Kaua`i was impacted by Hurricane Lowell. As recovery continues island-wide, our hearts are with those who were greatly affected. We are grateful for our good fortune, our amazing colleagues, and our loyal guests. We are here to support our community and colleagues and expect to be fully operational by September 20.

The safety and well-being of our colleagues, guests and community is our highest priority as we navigate the aftermath of Hurricane Lowell. While our resort experienced no structural damage from the storm, much of our island ohana sustained significant damage, power outages, and transportation issues.
