Job Duties:
• Sorts, pre-treats, washes, dries, presses, folds, and delivers hotel linens to departments as needed.
• Ensures washers and dryers operate properly, and informs management or maintenance of any malfunctions or problems.
• Maintains linen cart and supplies in a neat and organized manner.
• Responds to requests from guests and hotel staff in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintains security of equipment, keys and supplies issued each day.
• Make sure that the laundry area is kept clean and is well maintained.
• Maintains a professional image through appearance and dress.
• Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary: Audits, balances, and reports on the various departments of the hotel. To provide accurate and timely financial information on the hotel’s operational performance of the day. Oversees front office operations during the night shift.

Job Duties:
• Checks front office accounting records for accuracy and compiles information for the hotel’s financials records.
• Reports any unusual occurrences or requests to the manager or assistant manager.
• Manages and resolves all guest complaints/issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Tracks room revenues, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics.
• Prepares summary of cash, checks and credit card activities, reflecting the hotel’s financial performance for the day.
• Post room charges and room taxes to guest accounts. Processes guest charge vouchers and credit card vouchers.
• Verifies all account postings and balances.
• Check-in and Check-out guests as necessary
• Makes reservations as necessary
• Summarizes results of operations and prepares reports for management.
• Prepares Breakfast Bags for guests
• Performs duties of the Front Desk Agent.
• Performs other duties as requested.
