🌀 Hurricane Isaias Update

We continue to monitor Hurricane Isaias and stay in communication with local authorities and the National Hurricane Center.

Due to mandatory evacuation orders, guests staying in Baldwin, Okaloosa, Walton, Escambia and Santa Rosa counties must vacate their accommodations by 5:00 PM Thursday, October 8. Guests affected by the evacuation will receive a refund for any unused nights.

For upcoming stays through Saturday, October 10, guests in mandatory evacuation areas may choose a full refund or reschedule their stay at the same property through March 1, 2027. Guests who purchased Travel Insurance must file a claim with Generali to receive a refund.
