Super 8 Port Angeles seeks an experienced Night Auditor for or our overnight shift. Must have a high level of professionalism and effective decision making. This position is responsible for balancing and closing previous business day and completing daily financial reports. This position successfully manages MOD duties during the overnight shift, including showing sound judgment in making independent decisions and ensuring security protocols are being followed. Assists guests in a friendly, professional and timely manner. Applicant must have strong interpersonal and administrative skills.

Successful history as a Night Auditor / Front Desk agent or related hospitality experience.
Must have a flexible work schedule.
Must be able to work weekends nights and holidays with PM/Overnight shifts.
Responsibilities:
Performs the manager-on-duty role during 3rd shift.
Accountable for accurately balancing all revenue sources and completing daily financial reports.
Process no-show reservations, prepare financial reports for managerial review.
Close the financial day for the hotel.
After completing financial tasks, works on assigned additional projects for management, breakfast prep, inventory, and laundry.
Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly and positive manner.
Registers guests, assigns rooms, and verifies billing information.
Knows room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates.
Ability to work independently or in a team in meeting guests needs, and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments when necessary.
Reads and writes any information in the daily log. Is aware of daily activities and meetings taking place in the hotel and events happening around town.
Thoroughly understands and adheres to proper credit and cash-handling policies and procedures.
Possesses a working knowledge of the reservations procedures. Takes same day reservations and future reservations.
Processes guest check-ins and check-outs.
Knows all safety and emergency procedures. Is aware of and follows all accident prevention policies.
Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
Helps with breakfast prep and laundry duties as needed.
