I know we've had a lot of interest in the surf cam so I wanted to give an update! We are still working on it, the project has taken a bit of a backburner as we're prepping for our new staff and the upcoming summer season. We are still working on it but it could be a month of two before it's all up and running! I love the excitement and it's definitely happening, so don't fret if it doesn't happen right away. 😅

Kayakers! We had some straps(?) left on a log outside the office yesterday and there were quite a few kayakers here so I'm hoping we can return them to their rightful owners. Spread the word!! 🛶

Surfers - Help us help you! We are in the process of dialing in a surf cam but I want some real feedback from those who will actually be using it.

Where would be the most helpful place to stream it to?
If we can't get a panoramic view, where should we aim it?
Is there anything else we should consider?

Hello Facebook people! One of our staff members found a sweet cat on our property and unfortunately, none of us have room and the local shelters are full as well. She is black with orange markings, extremely affectionate and people friendly, and very food motivated as well. She's got a little notch in her ear, bright yellow/green eyes and in unchipped. Please reach out if you know someone who might have lost her or who could be interested in homing her!

I'm going to describe a scenario, let me know if this hits home for anyone else..

You see some good waves from the window so you run outside to try and get a video -

You get there in what felt like 10 seconds, but the waves aren't as good and the set has seemingly ended...

I swear there were some good ones out there, especially on the Salt Creek Side! 😅🌊🪩
