The property is ideally located in Port Aransas near water sports, fishing, restaurants, shopping, eco-tourism, and more. Our house has a large, open floor plan living area, perfect for family gatherings, ladies' weekends, or business retreats. The main room features a comfortable couch, oversized chair with pullout sleeper, and a flat-screen TV with YouTubeTV and Netflix. We have a beverage soda/
beer/wine cooler, ice machine, and a margarita machine. The kitchen is fully-equipped and will soon have white quartz countertops. The dining table seats eight with room for 4 more at the kitchen bar. The large windows let in tons of natural light and give you great views of the island. All of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The downstairs master bedroom is huge and has a king-size bed, high ceilings, and tasteful beach décor. The large master bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sinks. There is a second master suite upstairs with a king-size bed and walk-in closet. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The playful beach décor is perfect for the kids. The adjacent bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Also on the second floor is the second living area with a flat-screen TV, DVD Player, and a sleeper sofa. This beach house also has Wi-Fi, games, boogie boards, and beach chairs. Head outside to the covered patio, which overlooks 2 of the Royal Sands pools and hot tub and has a gate opening directly to the family pool for easy access. The community has two pools, one for adults and the other is for families. A third community pool for adults only is located around the block. Rinse off under the outdoor shower. We have a white porch swing and an outdoor dining area with 4 adirondack chairs. We have a deck box with beach chairs, a beach canopy, wagon, and sand toys. Just north of Cinnamon Shores, this Port Aransas vacation home is located in the Royal Sands community, which offers two pools, amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach! If you’re looking a great restaurant close by, try Trout Street or the Crazy Cajun Seafood. Rent a bike or a beach buggy at Beach Ya Rentals and take a relaxing ride around the island.
