SOLD… for the THIRD time! 🏡🌴

The Oyster House is a special one for us. We now have had the privilege of selling this property 3️⃣ different times, and along the way it has also been part of the Port A Beach House Company management family.🙌🏻

This sale was also a great reminder of how important the right pricing strategy is. After spending significant time 😳 on the market, we worked with the owner to reposition the price to better reflect the current market and that’s when the activity really started.💪🏻

There’s something pretty special about staying connected to a property through different owners, different chapters, and both the real estate and vacation-rental sides of the business. ❤️

Congratulations to our sellers and the new owners of this Old Town Port A gem! 🥂

Another beauty this am! We may live here, but this view still makes us stop for a minute. 💙🌊

Are you the early bird taking a quiet beach walk, or the one saying, “I’ll meet y’all out there after coffee”? 😂

This is why eyes on your property matter. 👀🏡

Coastal homes take a beating from humidity, salt air, wind and rain and exterior staining like this can show up faster than you think.

It may not seem like a huge deal at first, but it’s exactly the kind of thing guests notice in photos, at check-in, and in reviews.

Part of managing a vacation rental isn’t just getting bookings. It’s regularly putting eyes on the property, catching maintenance issues early, and letting homeowners know what their home needs before a small issue becomes a bigger one.

Our team is local, we’re in and out of our homes regularly, and we pay attention to the details.

Your vacation rental is an investment. It should look like one. 💙

These are the kinds of reviews we strive for!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We work hard to provide exceptional service to both our guests and homeowners. From keeping each home well stocked and prepared to ensuring every detail is ready for arrival, our goal is to create the peaceful, relaxing vacation experience every guest deserves!

We truly love what we do, and receiving reviews like this shows us that the care we put into every stay is felt by our guests. It genuinely warms our hearts! ❤️🤩

Well, this little visitor definitely didn’t have a reservation! 🐍😳 Found this rattlesnake outside one of our beach houses.

We share this beautiful coast with wildlife, too. Watch your step 😬😬

Meet the faces behind Port A Beach House Company! 🌴🩵

When you work with us, you’re not working with a big corporation or a call center — you’re working with a local team that truly knows Port Aransas, loves this community, and cares about the homes and people we represent.

Hailey, Dakota and I work together every day helping homeowners, guests, buyers, sellers, and investors navigate everything that comes with owning property at the coast.

For us, it’s personal. We know these homes are more than just “rentals.” They’re investments, family beach houses, retirement plans, memories, and sometimes a huge leap of faith for an owner trusting someone else to take care of their property.

That’s why we’ve always believed in being hands-on, available, honest, and local.

Whether you’re looking for vacation rental management, buying or selling real estate, or simply want to know how your Port A property could be performing, we’d love to sit down, talk, and see how we can help.

We’re proud to call this community home and even prouder to have been serving Port Aransas since 2005. ❤️

It’s just so absolutely gorgeous. Every time I see this view, it feels like I’m on vacation—even when it’s just a regular workday. 💙🌊

Anyone else wish they could start every day right here?🤩🤩

Before you fall in love with that beach house… find out what owning it could actually look like. 🏡🌊

I recently read a conversation full of honest advice from Port Aransas rental owners, and it inspired me to put together a buyer’s guide.

Because there’s so much more to consider than the purchase price and how many bedrooms it has! Beach access, parking, insurance, HOA restrictions, maintenance, and how the home is furnished all play a part.

Through Port A Beach House Company, we see firsthand how differently properties can perform—even homes in the same neighborhood with the same floor plan.

This free guide brings those real-world lessons together to help you ask the right questions before you buy.
