itchenette. It's ideal for multiple families. The second floor configuation has a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, full bath and an attached balcony. On the same floor is an additional bedroom with a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds. Both of these rooms share a full bath with double sinks. The 3rd floor offers a spectacular open area that accommodates the kitchen, dining and living area. The dining area has a large table with seating for 12 and 4 spots at the breakfast bar as well. The living area comes complete with a 60" flat screen TV, Blu Ray Playier and surround sound speakers. The living area also has a queen sofa bed , half bath and full balcony. The roof top deck is an outstanding addition that will provide you with access to the ocean breeze, great views, music and deck furniture that will allow you to relax in comfort. To top it all off, for those that might need it, the home comes with an elevator that connects the 1st through 3rd floors. There is also a fully equipped game room on the ground floor which will offer ample entertainment for the kids including a WII gaming system.
