I just returned from the Annual Owner's Meeting. The property is in full construction mode. Nearly 90% of the owners are paying their Special Assessment (SA) charges and the rebuild project is well funded as long as the SA's continue to be paid.

Current reopening date is projected for August 2021.

I guess the 20% of lodging inventory yet to come back online is all the condo complexes that are being screwed by the insurance companies.
