Large groups can spread out and get privacy thanks to the four spacious bedrooms. All the bedrooms feature similar amenities, closets with hangers and shelves, dressers with spacious drawers, nightstands with reading lamps, and premium pillows, linens, and sheets. Each room has a Smart TV with either Roku TV or a Firestick. You’ll sleep like royalty in the master bedroom, with a plush king-sized bed, a luxurious chaise lounge, and full-length mirrors lining the large closet. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a gorgeous custom-made headboard. The third bedroom has two twin-sized beds. One of the beds is fully adjustable and even has massage capabilities! A great night’s sleep is almost guaranteed in this room! The fourth bedroom sits in the basement and boasts another king bed, a comfy recliner chair, a pull-out sofa chair, and an air mattress for additional accommodations at bedtime. Private work space with printer is located in this room as well.

The cozy living room sits just across the way and boasts two comfy sofas, a 50” Smart TV, and an indoor wood-burning stove - perfect for chilly mountain mornings and evenings. If anyone in your group needs to check emails or hop on a zoom call, we have high-speed WiFi, plus a separate workspace in the basement. This is also where you’ll find our extensive collection of board games if you feel like hosting a family game night. This area also has a Bowflex C6 spin bike and dumbbells, making it easy to keep up with your workout schedule while away.

Enjoy complete privacy in the property’s spectacular outside space. The views from the massive deck are absolutely stunning. Enjoy the 6 person hot tub, it provides views of Huckleberry Ridge State Forest. The scenery is breathtaking when fall foliage is in full swing (between September and November). The deck also features two tables, a propane fire pit, two zero gravity chairs, and a four-burner propane grill. We provide all the propane so you can whip up delicious BBQ meals to enjoy at the outdoor dining table. String lights add a twinkling glow as the evening approaches, inviting you to stay awhile and continue the storytelling. Head down the stairs to the backyard for more space. During the summer, the swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off, and the views from here are just as incredible! The yard also has a fire pit (wood provided!), an old-fashioned seesaw, and plenty of space for throwing around a football or playing yard games.
