MULTIPLE POSITIONS WORKER
We are looking for a reliable, flexible individual to work in multiple positions in our RV Park. Must be a team player.
· Office Clerk includes all areas of customer service and learning our reservation software.
· General Maintenance includes some lawn care, small plumbing jobs, some carpentry, and light mechanical work.
· Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
· We are willing to train the right individual.

NOTE: Work Campers will also be considered for this position.

We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail oriented, flexible and willing to take on other positions as the need arises. Responsibilities included but not limited to performing repairs and other general maintenance of facilities, buildings, grounds and equipment including landscape, pool, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry and painting task. Repairing and treating structures such as showers, floors, sinks, walls, carpets and roofs. Repairing door hinges, changing filters on ventilation, heating and air conditioning units. Servicing kitchen appliances and equipment. Must have the ability to competently use various landscaping equipment, power and hand tools. Must be able to lift, bend and squat. Communicate efficiently and fluently in both written and oral form. Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships. Must have a valid drivers license. We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and other positions as the need arises. Housekeeper will be responsible for but not limited to cleaning and sanitizing offices, bath houses, kitchen, and other public areas, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, stock restrooms, laundry, identify and report possible repairs, clean windows, dust, etc. Housekeeper requirements are but not limited to ability to manage time efficiently, work independently, ability to lift at least 20 pounds, climb, squat, bend, kneel, able to work safely with variety of cleaning supplies, able to use basic cleaning equipment, handle basic maintenance, cleaning and other janitorial work, etc.
