The “Barndominium-style” home features 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, spacious downstairs AND upstairs living areas, a poker room with direct access to the

back patio and backyard, a spacious and entertainment-friendly backyard with exit gate and access to additional car/boat parking in alley adjacent to backyard, and ALL of the amenities you would want for a beach getaway weekend! Along with Wi-Fi and proximity to all of the POC local attractions (4 blocks to Kingfisher (“Front Beach) Beach, 4 blocks from Clark’s Fishing center (and just minutes from all other boat ramps in town), and just a few blocks from Josie’s Cantina, Dock’s Bar & Grill and many other local eateries and shopping! To keep guests fully entertained, the house also comes equipped with a full dining table that converts into a Pool/Ping Pong table, an upstairs shuffleboard table, dartboard, Jumbo Jenga, AND cornhole boards and fire pit (along with accompanying seating area) in the backyard!
