Post-Hurricane Update: 💙☀️ Sunnyside Up and our primary home in Southeast Alabama were on the "dirty" side of Hurricane Isaias. Michael and I are incredibly touched by all the love and support shown by our sweet guests, friends and family. We are so thankful for each and every one of you who checked in with us!
Power was restored at our Alabama home last night. Thankfully, there was no damage to either homes.
There was considerable debris on the beach (someone's stairs were directly blocking the Seagrass beach path). Our amazing neighbors got right to work on cleaning it up (Gulf County will begin Monday with additional clean up).
A BIG thank you the Cape & Coast Premier Properties Team for their tireless efforts and keeping us updated.
We are also grateful for the hard work ,dedication and tenacity of our wonderful cleaner- her home was without power, yet she drove 2 hours to clean and ready the home to welcome guests!
Although we enjoy a sense of relief, many areas of Cape San Blas, along the Gulf Coast and Alabama experienced significant damage- our hearts are with you all as you face the challenges ahead.

☀️ Hi everyone! Many of you may have seen on social media the tremendous amount of debris that washed onto Cape San Blas' Seagrass neighborhood Beach following Tropical Storm Bertha earlier this week.🌊👀
We want to extend our sincere thanks to County Commissioner Phillip McCroan and the entire Gulf County Public Works team for their quick response in mobilizing equipment and crews to clean up the beach. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, Seagrass Beach is as beautiful as ever!
