[Compensation]
1. Base salary between $28,000 to $32,000 depending on your experience and tenure

2. 1% commission from total annual gross revenue. if sales increases from previous year.
i.e. 2021 revenue $300,000 = $3000

3. Incentives bonus based on the performance from the review, $20 for each 5 star review from the verified guests.
i.e. 100 five-star review in a year x $20 = $2000

4. 14 Days of Paid Time Off after 4 months

5. Free fully renovated 1 bedroom apartment with King size Bedroom, full bathroom, separate Kitchen, and living room with TV and sofa.

[Responsibilities]
1. Improve Reputation and increase the service quality standard.
2. Increase Revenue
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests
4. Clean and Maintain the building up-to-date
5. Perform daily operations such as laundry and housekeeping if needed
6. Prepare and manage schedules and shifts for housekeepers
7. Hire and onboard new hotel staff
