Lake Pillsbury Resort is nestled in the majestic Mendocino National Forest on the central west shore of the peaceful and inviting Lake Pillsbury. The Resort has 10 cabins, 38 campsites, 1 30 amp hook-up RV site, Marina with boat fuel, boat slips, boat rentals, and a general Country Store with wi-fi is available on the Porch. Open with full services Memorial Day thru Labor Day, and limited services
in the spring and fall. During the summer season, reservations are highly recommended and are taken up to 365 days in advance for weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday. Weekend/nightly stays during the summer season are accepted one to two weeks in advance depending on availability and location. In the spring and fall, campsites and cabins are also available with limited guests services. This is a great location for a relaxing summer getaway from the crowds during midweek, or early or late summer, and you might even have the lake all to yourself. Water sports, boating, sailing, hiking, fishing, hunting, trail riding are popular activities at the lake or in the beautiful surrounding forest area which is a mix of oaks, pines and lush meadows. Our Tule Elk population has grown every year and they make for a unique viewing experience. Just over a one hour drive from the cities of either Ukiah in Mendocino County, or Upper Lake in Lake County gets you to a paradise hideaway. The travel is on mostly paved roads with 8-11 miles of county maintained gravel roads to your outdoor adventure activity or vacation destination.
