We are a NEW quaint little rv park with 10 sites, located minutes from Lake Texoma, including High Port Marina, Eisenhower State Park, Grand Pappy Marina, at the edge of the quiet town of Pottsboro, Tx, 15 mins from Denison, Tx, 20 mins from Sherman, Tx, 25 minutes from Choctaw Casino and Resort, Durant, Ok. Lake adventure’s, dining, shopping, gambling and entertainment are all just minutes away!

We offer extended stay, long term site rentals with 50 & 30 amp electric and full hook ups nestled in spacious lots, with all sites backing up to heavy treed west shade area. Also available trailer/ boat parking for our guests for an additional rate. We reserve the right to refuse campers over 10 yrs old and not in good condition.
