This week we celebrated attaining our youth camp license from the State of Texas. It was a long process due to new laws and regulations focused on site and guest safey. Today we tested our new camp wide paging system. This Emergency Alert Ststem is required by law and will be used in times of emergency to send message to multiple locations across camp at once.

It checked out perfectly fine and will be installed in all sleeping, eating, and meeting spaces over the next couple days.

The water is receding and our maintenance crew tackled the boat dock today. Many boards were lost or displaced during the flood, but it is repaired and safe to use again.

Calling all Texas Elks and Pottsboro!!! Please let us know if you are coming to Spring Fling so we make sure the dining hall has enough food for everyone!

Friday Evening- 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. and
Fellowship and Corn Hole at the Beck Center!!

Snacks and Soda's will be available for sale.

7:45 to 9:00 am
Breakfast Saturday an assortment of hot breakfast items (eggs, etc....) with breakfast bar featuring fruits, yogurts and wonderful items!! for just $7!!!

11:30 to 1:00 p.m.
Lunch $7
Hamburgers and French Fries
4 assorted cheeses and all the regular fixins!!
Full Salad Bar
Dessert

SILENT AUCTIONS and a Cake and Beverage Walk along with camp merchandise will be for sale in the Dining Hall.

Dance in the Beck Center with a DJ playing all your favorite music!!!
