4th of July weekend spoiling guests at The Farmhouse Estate. We pride ourselves on serving fresh from the garden cuisine, beautiful surroundings, and peaceful relaxation on a private 11 acre estate.
We were honored by military guests who reserved on short notice due to being kicked out by a local world-wide hotel chain so they could sell their room for a higher price. Call us naïve, but we find that as a poor business model.
The military couple were so kind in saying they were glad it happened that way because our place was “way better” than the hotel. They continued with how beautiful the house was and peaceful the grounds were. Although we often hear about how delicious the breakfast is or how people thought the house was over a hundred or two hundred years old, this couple’s complements ment more because we made a bad, last minute experience turn into an unforgettable stay of serene beauty.
To those who support small businesses, not only do you help support local families put their kids in tee ball or help getting them through college, but you also get something a little more special, a little more unique, a little more personable.
We love spoiling our guests. 🤎
