Dear Valued Customers:
Our community’s health, wellbeing, and security are our highest priorities. We want to personally reassure you, as one of our valued customers, we are in close communication with medical professionals, local health officials, and internal teams to stay informed and take the proper precautions as this situation evolves.
We know that travel may not be your first thought at this time, but we want you to know the safety of our customers is our top priority. We have further elevated our stringent cleaning processes and sanitation protocol.
Here are some examples of what we are doing, keeping your safety top of mind.
• The main gate to the Resort is closed to the public. All members and tenants may access their slip or Vacation Home as usual. When accessing your boat or vacation home, please be advised to abide by all CDC guidelines issued in connection with the COVID-19 virus and to maintain appropriate social distancing.
• Our office is closed to walk-ins but remains staffed and operable. If you wish to speak to our staff, please call us during our regular business hours of 9 am – 5 pm every day at (903) 786-2930 or send us an email at [email protected].
• We are committed to ensuring that all of our cabins meet the latest guidance from the CDC and WHO on hygiene and cleaning by disinfecting and deep cleaning all cabins before and after every stay.
• We have implemented a NO-CONTACT check-in for cabin guests. Instructions will be provided during while scheduling your reservation.
• Our Fuel Dock and mobile pump-outs remain open during regular business hours by appointment only. Please call the office to schedule in advance.
• Our Service Department is closed to walk-ins but remains staffed and operable. If you wish to schedule service on your boat, please call the office or the service department directly at (903) 786-6310.
• All employees have been instructed to wash their hands a minimum of hourly, which has been proven by the CDC to be the most effective preventative measures.
• We are educating our team on COVID-19 symptoms as well as preventative measures.
• We are requiring that those who are not feeling well stay home to prevent the spread of germs.

We want all our customers to feel comfortable and confident whether it’s planning your stay with us or coming to enjoy our open, fresh air space while not having the worries of being in contact with any viruses.
