Sorry guys, I’ve been silent. Work changed my plans and sent me to Taipei. It’s crowded here, but, it’s nice. It’s hard to save money here though. I’ll be out for at least another 6 weeks.

The court found that Weatherall was correct and the lodge is not out only lawyer fees. But they must honor the arbitration which means they will pay out the contract.
Next, that means that other lawsuits will soon be pending (I imagine) for false suspensions.
As I’ve always said, those guys never got a fair trial. There is plenty there if they wish to suspend on other reasons. But, you can’t go to court on several fronts and be contradictory in what your lawyer is using in your defense in each one, not only between the GL and it’s members but in each and every lawsuit.
The rules aren’t meant to fit each situation differently.
One of the main problems is using “broken” men with no true accountability to “fix” what they themselves gleefully broke.
It’s time for a whole new set of men to take over, fix the rules and fix the fraternity.

Gentlemen,
I’ve been asked many times “what can I do?”
This is it. Give to these Brothers who are fighting to have answers to questions that GL will not answer to you.
This is the first step to taking our GL back and holding them accountable.
In our constitution it states that the MWGL of A has the right to sue and TO BE SUED.
GL has passed an unconstitutional edict stating that you cannot sue for your rights on pain of suspension or expulsion.
That rule is null and void as being unconstitutional as the constitution is not suspended by an edict. The edict can not be enforced due to the constitution taking precedent over any other law made.
So, again, help these Brothers help you and the Fraternity as a whole. They have the balls to fight for you. Help them in this fight.
Let our GL know that we DID NOT sign or waive our God given rights because we became Freemasons.
Stand up and be heard. Let them know we will hand them accountable for their misdeeds and indiscretions.

I don't normally share personal posts as I guard my normal and well adjusted adult identity. But...what the heck. I've been seeing everyone talking about their weekend. So....here is what me n my boss(wife) did this weekend. We shined up the ride, took out the houseboat and had a picnic. All in all....great weekend with my baby!

Brothers, from what I'm hearing, the turn out and unity we have shown changed their minds about an assessment.
This shows that you are more powerful than you think.
Make no mistake, our struggles aren't over. This was a victory. But a small one.
We still have many things to change. If we don't, we will still lose the war.

From a VERY reliable and trustworthy source:
Tomorrow whoever goes to the emergent meeting will be notified of an assessment. No vote.
$100 per member. It's not up to the member to cover this but the lodge. Can your lodge afford that?
This will be the death of Masonry as we know it.
Next week will be the time to start handing in Charters and reconstituting under a new one.
They have backed you into a corner, Gentleman. You either reconstitute or go defunct. There will be no other alternative.

I'll hold my comments. I'll just lay this down for you to read. While I don't agree with all of this...or should I say small parts of this or....man, I can't articulate it. I'll expound later. Just give it a read. I don't want ruin the intent of this letter. While I may not agree with everything.....this letter shows the love and devotion from a wife we all should be lucky enough to have. She reminds me of my beloved.
