One year ago we closed on The Nagle Building.
The past year has been absolutely all over the place, but this building makes it all so worth it.
In the last year; Ethereal Salon + Spa turned the first floor into their home. We worked together to transform the first floor from an office space to a fully equipped salon and spa, and we couldnât be happier.
Along with the transformation of the first floor, the thing that caught the most visual attention was the lighted exterior. Adding the exterior lighting with RedTail Solar, LLC put new life and âwoke upâ that building. Now every night at dusk, that building lights up the 100 block of Centre Street.
Another project that was started is the third floor, which holds two original apartments. Since we do most of the work ourselves, itâs a slow go sometimes with managing our other projects and full time commitments. A LOT of time went into planning to make them perfect. Theyâre still under construction, as the last buckets of plaster have just finally come down the several flights of stairs. These apartments are to be completed within the next few months.
Weâre no where near âdoneâ restoring this building, and we have a long list of things to address, but we are always thanking Mr. Nagle for building such an amazing structure (trust me, seeing whatâs âbehind the wallsâ of this place that was built in 1928 puts a smile on our faces!).
