GINGER FEST SPOTLIGHT | BIFROST BUTTERS
I first met Meg Wittenmyer of Bifrost Butters as a greenhouse customer, and over the years I had the pleasure of following her journey as she earned her cheesemaker license and began producing wonderful chèvre on their Boyceville farm. Her and Joel’s latest culinary chapter is Bifrost Butters, a collection of European compound butters designed to turn even a simple meal into something divine. Drawing on years of experience in restaurants, cheesemaking and farming, they combine premium ingredients and fresh herbs—never dried—to create world-class flavors. These become that “secret ingredient” your guests can’t quite put their finger on.
And at Ginger Fest, you’ll get to taste them! We’ll be sampling Bifrost Butters alongside Tasha’s freshly baked sourdough from Rural Farmstead —a pairing we think you’re going want to take home.
We’re delighted to have Bifrost Butters joining us and can’t wait for you to discover what Meg and Joel are creating!

GINGER FEST SPOTLIGHT | PETTIT FAMILY TRADITIONAL MAPLE SYRUP
What could be more LOCAL—or more delicious—than real Wisconsin maple syrup? We’re excited to welcome McKenna with Pettit Family Traditional Maple Syrup to Ginger Fest!
McKenna will be sharing samples of their newest flavor infusions with bottles available to purchase and take home.

Come say hi to McKenna, enjoy a sample, and take home a bottle of locally produced maple goodness.
