✨ KEYNOTE SPEAKER ANNOUNCEMENT ✨
We are honored to welcome Dr. Tanya Prewitt-White as the Keynote Speaker for the 2026 Female Empowerment Symposium!
is a recovering overachiever who spent nearly two decades immersed in academia and sport and performance psychology. She worked with high-performing athletes, teams, and organizations while fiercely advocating for their well-being. But after realizing the personal cost of chasing professional accolades, Tanya made the courageous decision to leave academia and step away from her role as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant working with athletes.
Now, she embraces a life rooted in radical joy. As an executive and peak performance coach, author, and owner of Dr. Tanya Raquel, LLC, Tanya supports professionals and women who, like her, know success alone isn’t enough. Through coaching and transformative retreats, she helps clients reconnect to their truth and purpose, fearlessly create their unique legacy, and fall back in love with their lives.
Her work has been featured nationally, and she has delivered keynote presentations for organizations including the United Nations Women’s Conference and the National Women & Girls in Sport Symposium.
In her inspiring keynote, “Be Your Own Hero,” Dr. Tanya will challenge attendees to rethink self-doubt, reframe setbacks into stepping stones, and discover the confidence that already exists within them.
This message is for every girl who has ever wondered if she is enough.
