Spacious newly built second floor spotless 2 bedroom (1 queen beds) home for short term rental. Day or evening visitors allowed but no more than 6 overnight occupants, 2 twin airbeds available. Quiet by 10pm. Non-smoking.

Smart TV with high speed internet. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, full size kitchen with coffee, tea, cocoa, spices, cookware and dinnerware. All linens, basic soaps supplied. Wander around the 10 acres. Private.

No housekeeping fee. Charges may incur for damages.

Nov 1-March 30 (excluding holidays) winter rate $85 per night.
Spring, summer, fall rates: $110 per night (excluding holidays and Grape Festival weekend) Additional $10 each for 5th and 6th guest. Weekly and monthly rates available. Current master calendar is through my listing on Airbnb where I have a 5 star rating and super host rating.

Security camera at entrance when not occupied. All prices include state and local taxes.

Approx. 15 minutes or less to High Torr Park, Grime's Glenn, Ontario County Park at Gannett Hill, Hunt Hollow Ski Club, Grapery Bakery and Brews N Brats in South Bristol, and Cohocton-Home of the Olde Country Store, 99 Bottles of Wine (all local wines) and a path to view a large windmill up close. Grape and other pies in N Cohocton, Naples and the south end of Canandaigua Lake
20 minutes to Bristol Mountain & 30 minutes to Canandaigua, Hammondsport & Keuka College
