Think you need 90%+ occupancy to run a profitable rental? Think again.

This July, we saw one of our properties hit that 90% mark, but our Treehouse listing was also a major success at just 64% occupancy. The secret? Flexibility. By working closely with the owner to adjust prices, policies and flexible marketing tactics—like allowing an extra dog or tweaking occupancy limits—we stayed competitive in a shifting market.

The result: an average nightly rate of $309, happy owners, and ALL of 5-star reviews. Plus, those gaps between bookings gave us the perfect window to keep the property in top-tier condition.

We also secured return renters to continue the profit into next year. That’s something to celebrate! 🙌

Pay: $25 – $30 / hour (Average)
Schedule: Part-time, flexible daytime hours (10:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM)
Start Date: Late July / August 1st

Hometown Hosts is a premier hospitality business cleaning 30 vacation rentals across the greater Prescott area. We are looking for detail-oriented, reliable cleaners to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of guest satisfaction!

Why Join Us?
Great Pay: Earn an average of $25–$30 per hour.
Flexible Scheduling: You pick up cleaning shifts based on your availability.
Daytime Hours: No late nights! All work happens during our standard turnover window (10:00 AM to 3:00/4:00 PM).

What We Are Looking For:
While you won't work 7 days a week, we need someone with open daytime availability throughout the week, with one firm requirement:🚨 Sundays are mandatory. Sunday is our busiest checkout day of the week, so availability on this day is a must.

Requirements:
Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel between properties in Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Groom Creek.
Sharp Eye for Detail: Hospitality cleaning requires a knack for staging and spotting the little things.
Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, self-motivated, and a great problem solver.
Background Check: Must be drug/alcohol-free and able to pass a standard background check.
