Owners, Keith and Linda Hughes, established Lantana Development Inc. by Hughes Development in 1994 in Prescott, Arizona. Both natives of Southern California they settled in the beautiful city of Prescott to raise their young family and continue their reputation for building quality custom built homes. Since moving to Arizona, Keith and Linda have concentrated on the design and development of over

100 custom homes and select commercial projects. They pride themselves on the personal relationships that they build with their clients and the excellent reputation that they maintain in the community. Keith brings almost 30 years of extensive development and building experience with a total build of approximately 600 custom homes and many diverse commercial developments. He has a clear vision of what it takes to get the job done. From concept to completion, Keith has excellent communication, coordination and scheduling skills with a record of timely project completion and budgetary control. Working close to 20 years in the Prescott area has allowed Lantana to cultivate lasting working relationships with local subcontractors and suppliers ensuring a quality, value engineered custom home. Creative energy in design is Linda's passion. Her ability to create a visionary liaison between designer,client and craftsman and achieve her clients' needs and desired results is foremost. Linda is a third generation builder and has over 20 years of custom home and interior space design experience. Along with her excellent organizational skills this makes for a more seamless process in the home building experience. We offer a free site evaluation where we walk your property to discuss design ideas, infrastructure, optimal building placement/exposure and rough costs. We offer a free design consultation and can work with your plans, our plans or easily help you create your own. As always, we build your home with the most energy efficient materials and methods available in the marketplace. Lantana Development Inc. has built all sizes and styles of custom homes, whether it be Prescott Ranch, Contemporary, Cottage, Craftsman, Farmhouse, Tuscan, Santa Fe or Lodge, from 1200 sq.ft. to over 6000 sq.ft., our commitment to quality remains the same.
