🏆 THE CHAMPIONS ARE BACK! 🏆

Trivia night was absolutely electric with 15 teams and 94.5 people packed in the room (welcome to our two new teams! 👋).

For the last two weeks, the smarty-pants "Randy's Angels" haven't won. Was it because they were slacking? Kidnapped? We can only speculate. 😉

Early on, the rounds were flying by and "E=MC Hammered" was crushing it. But then came Round 3, everyone's favorite wildcard. With 15 points on the table, Randy’s Angels swooped in, took the high score, and forced a sudden death!

Here is how the top leaderboard looked heading into the final stretch:
🔹 Randy's Angels: 34
🔹 Creme Brule: 32
🔹 E=MC Hammered: 32
🔹 95ers: 31

In the end, Randy's took the crown by just ONE point (65 to 64)! 🤯

Thank you all for a hilarious night. We all went home a little smarter, especially after learning why Canberra is the capital of Australia and not Sydney or Melbourne!

Last week’s Trivia Night got a little unsettling… thanks to the weather outside and some serious trickery inside. 🥶☀️

While it was blazing hot upstairs, it was nice and chill down in The Lounge. The night started normally enough, with teams laughing, joking, and swapping round wins. By the end of the third round, our leaders were locked in and eyeing the most sought-after trophy in town.

The leaderboard was tight:
🏆 Creme Brule — 30
🥈 E=MCHammered & Quizzley Bears — 28
🥉 Big Dills & The 95ers — 26

Then came the final round. I admit it—I was mean. I threw in a trick question, and absolutely no one got it right (my bad!). 😅

The winner wasn't the team with the most trivia knowledge, but the team that didn't get greedy. Let that be a life lesson to you all! The Detention Legends—the same team that regularly answers "Skin" like they are Buffalo Bill himself (you know who you are)—managed to climb all the way from 8th place to 1st!

As first-time winners, the direct quote of the night was, "This is the best night of my life!" followed closely by, "Better than my wedding day." ...I think that's what she said, anyway. 🤔💍

Where else can you get trivia, drinks, life lessons, major leaderboard upsets, and a casual Silence of the Lambs reference all in one night? Only at The Northeastland Trivia Night!

Our new and improved parking lot is officially OPEN and ready for use! 🎉🙌

We want to extend a huge THANK YOU to everyone for your patience and understanding while this important and much-needed project was underway. We know construction can be an inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your support as we worked to create a safer, more accessible, and more welcoming space for our community.

As you return, please note that the main entrance and exit to the parking lot remains the same. However, for safety reasons, the side curb cut has been relocated further up State Street than it previously was. We encourage everyone to use caution and follow the updated traffic flow when entering and exiting the lot.

We’re excited for you to see the improvements! 🚗✨

We have a new parking lot!!!! 🎉 This was looonnnngggggg overdue!! The temporary inconvenience we have all faced this week is a good trade-off for the beautiful outcome!! 😍

No more fear of losing your small car in one of the giant potholes!! 🤪Or rolling your ankles while walking in your fancy footwear! 👠

A HUGE shoutout to Soderberg Construction Caron’s Lawn & Property Maintenance, Gervais Fence, and Underwood Electric for the AMAZING work they a did on this project! 🙌🏻

Last week's Trivia Night was... something. 😆

We started with a typical night of trivia and somehow ended up with a complimentary Roman Empire history lesson. No extra charge!

The competition was all over the place, with a different team winning each round, but if we had to pick the most consistent team of the night, it was . They were the quiet, steady force all evening, flirting with a perfect score nearly every round.

Heading into Sudden Death, the standings were:
🏆 — 37
🥈 Creme Brule — 34
🥉 95ers — 33

All but three teams nailed the final question, but more importantly, we all walked away knowing a little more about everyone's favorite chaotic Roman emperor, Nero.

In the end, took the trophy home (not literally, it stays on my desk) with a score of 72!

Where else can you get trivia, drinks, friendly competition, chaos, and a slightly unhinged history lesson all in one night? Only at The Northeastland Trivia Night!
